We are Blob

Credits: Producer, Product Owner, Narrative Lead, QA Lead, and Designer
In We are Blob Black Banshee Studios took a 2024 Global Game Jam game that a small team and I worked on and made it into a fully released game. I was producer from start of production to release.
During the game jam I was a Design Lead and Narrative Lead. I was in charge of making the GDD, the narrative, how the systems would work in engine, design and UI, and implementing narrative.
Producer Responsibilities:
I was in charge of running meetings, taking notes, looking over QA reports and making bug tickets, checking the Jira and the teams progress. I was in charge of keeping the game in scope and setting up the Steam page to release the game.
